installation prob

  can anyone help us in solving a problem as we r trying to install apache
1.3
and tomcat 3.2.3 on SCO Openserver 5.0.0 with oracle 7.1.But as we start
the apache server we get the following error as

# ./apachectl start
Syntax error on line 976 of /usr/local/conf/httpd.conf:
Cannot load /usr/local/libexec/mod_jserv.so into server: dynamic linker:
/usr/lo
cal/bin/httpd: relocation error: symbol not found: environ
./apachectl start: httpd could not be started
