repository.a.o maintenance

Greetings,

As part of the quarterly patching cycle and to get a fix for log
rotation running, I'll be bouncing https://repository.apache.org/
shortly. This will be a brief outage, however if you have any issues, please reply back ASAP or submit a JIRA ticket.
