Maven Content Package Plugin

Hi

I started working on making the wcm-io content package maven plugin to work
with Composum so that JCR content packages can be deployed w/o Adobe’s
maven plugin.

For that I created a ticket here:

please note there are also plans to provide a "Content Package Plugin" by Apache Sling itself:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SLING-6081
for which we would happily provide code from the wcm.io plugin as a starting point. but i had no time in the past months to work on it.

i've added some additional comments to WTOOL-29, this could be a good intermediate step.
