Is Struts version 1.2.4 compatible with J2EE 1.4 and Java 5?

Is Struts  version 1.2.4  compatible with J2EE 1.4 and Java 5?

Yes. Sun never deprecates the Servlet API. Anything that works in 1.4 
will work in 5.
