Nutch and OpenSearch

Hi

I recently got started on Nutch (which is Lucene based) and it seems to me
that it would make sense to merge our stuff with Nutch and use Nutch (or 
an extension of it) in the long run.

Also it's very nice to see that Doug Cutting just added OpenSearch very 
recently:
