svn build error?

Hello, everybody!

I recently updated from SVN and found I can't build Tuscany anymore!

It complains it can't find latest sql-maven-plugin:

Try downloading the file manually from the project website.

Then, install it using the command: 
    mvn install:install-file -DgroupId=org.codehaus.mojo -DartifactId=sql-maven-plugin -Dversion=1.1-SNAPSHOT -Dpackaging=maven-plugin -Dfile=/path/to/file

Alternatively, if you host your own repository you can deploy the file there: 
    mvn deploy:deploy-file -DgroupId=org.codehaus.mojo -DartifactId=sql-maven-plugin -Dversion=1.1-SNAPSHOT -Dpackaging=maven-plugin -Dfile=/path/to/file -Durl=[url] -DrepositoryId=[id]

Could somebody please help me with resolving this issue/fix that error in SVN/whatever?
