PROBLEM:  When a user changes their admin password for Ranger web gui, but does not change it in ambari under Ranger Admin password, multiple components fail with:

File "/usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/resource_management/libraries/functions/ranger_functions.py", line 108, in create_ranger_repository
raise Fail('Ambari admin username and password are blank ')
resource_management.core.exceptions.Fail: Ambari admin username and password are blank
{noformat}

Instead of a generic error like the above, if more relevant error message, such as "Password incorrect. Please verify and retry", is provided that would be helpful for the users.
