    Drop the unused wagon-provider-api dependency
    
    Nothing under src/ references org.apache.maven.wagon. The API still reaches
    the classpath transitively through the provided maven-compat dependency, at
    the same 3.5.3, so what changes is the edge that supplies it, not the
    resolved tree.
    
    Verified: mvn dependency:tree -> 70 nodes before and after, same artifacts.
