[jira] [Created] (GUACAMOLE-142) Implement a web-browser UA as one
of the client protocols
Kristopher Lalletti created GUACAMOLE-142:
---------------------------------------------
Summary: Implement a web-browser UA as one of the client protocols
Key: GUACAMOLE-142
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GUACAMOLE-142
Project: Guacamole
Issue Type: New Feature
Reporter: Kristopher Lalletti
I saw this on a similar product; basically, on-top-and-above supporting RDP/VNC/SSH/TELNET, support web applications through a stripped-down web browser running from the guacd host.
As a lot of applications/administration consoles are moving towards HTML5 interfaces; this opens-up some interesting potential to leverage Guacamole as a gateway to secure web apps where one would want to isolate everything except the display rendered to the end-user.
