To make all files in the code base comply to TEZ code base standards.
1. All javascript code must follow http://javascript.crockford.com/code.html
2. Remove un-used commented code.
3. 2 spaces and no tabs.
4. Create jira tickets for TODOs under TEZ-1705, and change the comments in the code with the newly created jira ids.
