      Description: 
Messages are being displayed in the folder right after creation:

Steps to reproduce:
1) login to OM as user A
2) go to Contacts and Messages
3) create Message Folder B
4) move some messages into newly created folder B
5) Delete the folder B
6) Perform Import/Export with DB drop

7) login to OM as user A
8) go to Contacts and Messages
Result: there is no folder B
9) create Message Folder C
Result: folder C contains messages
Expected result: folder C should be empty

  was:If creats new folder moves files to this folder and deletes folder, then after import/export create new folder, in this case files that were moved to deleted folder, shows in the newly created folder. 

          Summary: Messages are being displayed in the folder right after creation  (was: Messages shows in the folder just after creation after import/export)
