[ANN] Apache Karaf Decanter 1.4.0 has been released

The Karaf Team is pleased to announce the release of Karaf Decanter 1.4.0.

This version is a new major release on the 1.x series including bug fixes and 
couple of new features like the Apache Camel Event Notifier collector.

Apache Karaf Decanter 1.4.0 can be directly installed in a running Karaf 
instance using:

feature:repo-add decanter 1.4.0
