'org.osgi.service.wireadmin'

Richard S. Hall resolved FELIX-2983.
------------------------------------
Resolution: Fixed
Fix Version/s: wireadmin-0.10.0
Assignee: Richard S. Hall
I basically committed your patch. I didn't change the OSGi API dependencies to be the latest, since we should use the lowest version necessary. I also didn't explicitly set the import, since this is generated correctly, nor did I export the wireadmin package since it is just implementation details. Please close if you are satisfied. Thanks.

> Currently, the wireadmin does not export 'org.osgi.service.wireadmin', in contrast to every other "add-on" service implementation.
