Depot site and publishing

For the depot site we should use the latest CVS Forrest, as it has 
support for the extra features that I have added to the skinconf.

I can take care of the updates ATM; is there anything more than I should 
do other than checking it into SVN and doing a 'svn update' on the www 
server?

Try the apache antlet if you have time (hint hint)

You may have to use the workaround described on the Infrastructure list 
if you get permissions problems.
