[jira] [Commented] (METAMODEL-65) Make CouchDB module use a schema
builder strategy
[ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/METAMODEL-65?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=14074167#comment-14074167 ]
Kasper Sørensen commented on METAMODEL-65:
------------------------------------------
Actually this is half done. The CouchDB module internally uses a SchemaBuilder now, but does not allow plugging in an external one. So I am going to mark this story as resolved, but also create a new issue for being able to plug in a SchemaBuilder for DataContexts such as CouchDB, MongoDB and others (which still requires a slight extension of the SchemaBuilder framework I think).

> Since we've added schema builder package to MetaModel 4.2, we should utilize this in the CouchDB module to facilitate pluggable ways of defining the schema representation of your NoSQL database.
