Using namespaces

It's a simple question, but I can't see (with the somewhat limited
documentation available) how to use namespaces with Apache SOAP - presumably
you need to set something somewhere to indicate the Schema you are using,
but I can't see where.

Any pointers to some documentation/examples on SOAP in this area would be
gratefully appreciated,
