SSO and keystone

Hi! I looked the model sso in this webpage http://www.slideshare.net/cloudstack/cloudstack-ui-customization. Why the model Single sign on uses only one key shared by all users?

 On the other hand, I looked this webpage http://www.slideshare.net/JohnBurwell1/who-the-heck-are-you-integrating-sso-into-apache-cloudstack. Now it is under development the integration of keystone, saml, etc in cloudstack?
