Wiki section edit link not working?

Hello,

I read here http://www.nabble.com/Section-Editing-broken--td19630767.htmlthat
section edit link feature was fixed.

However, I am unable to activate it on my wiki. Neither do I see the
sectoin edit links on jspwiki.org

Could someone clarify if this feature is available?
I am running jspwiki 2.8.1

Thank you
Dmitriy
