Maven Indexer 5.1

Hi there,

just a heads up, I am about to prepare Maven Indexer 5.1.0 release.

Changes are mostly about concurrency handling (that was radically changed
in MI 5.0), plus some simple bugfixes and dep updates.

Already fixed issues:
