### Steps to reproduce
Use the following in the editor and notice that the parallel axis data lines are not colored.
```js
option = {
visualMap: {
type: 'piecewise',
categories: ['Excellent','Good','OK','Bad'],
dimension: 3,
orient: 'horizontal',
top: 0,
left: 'center',
inRange: {
color: ['#51689b', '#ce5c5c', '#fbc357','#efabde']
},
outOfRange: {
color: '#ddd'
},
},
parallelAxis: [
{dim: 0, name: 'Price'},
{dim: 1, name: 'Net Weight'},
{dim: 2, name: 'Amount'},
{
dim: 3,
name: 'Score',
type: 'category',
data: ['Excellent', 'Good', 'OK', 'Bad']
},
],
series: {
type: 'parallel',
lineStyle: {
width: 4
},
data: [
[12.99, 100, 82, 'Good','Good'],
[9.99, 80, 77, 'OK','OK'],
[20, 120, 60, 'Excellent','Excellent']
],
}
};
```
### What is expected?
The lines should have colors specified in the visual map.
### What is actually happening?
The lines are not colored.

Change the dimension in the visualMap options from 3 to 4 and it shows the colors.
It appears that using the category dimension of the parallel series for visual map doesn't work and the workaround seems to duplicate the data and use the duplicated data's index.
