Bulk resolve of closed issues imported from GitHub. This status was reached by first re-opening all closed imported issues and then resolving them in bulk.

> There's currently no good way to get from an index column back to the data column. If we precede the row key columns from the data table with a colon, then we can split on the first ':' and be guaranteed to get back to the data column name.
