Description:
Windows 10 PC, build 1903
In Google Chrome (Version 81.0.4044.122 (Official Assembly), (64 bit)), when trying to use a camera with a microphone, an error pops up saying "the camera / microphone is busy and cannot be used." The camera and microphone work simultaneously in different online tests, both in the browser and in the browser.
Also tested on previous versions of Google Chrome (versions 80 and 75), a similar problem.
Firefox has a camera, image and sound.
The camera model is the logitech quickcam pro 9000, as the camera already understood, working.
Android Phone 8.1.0 Google Chrome 80.0.3987.149
Camera with microphone work.
Tell me what is the problem?

ПК Windows 10, сборка 1903.
В Google Chrome (Версия 81.0.4044.122 (Официальная сборка), (64 бит)), при попытке использовать камеру с микрофоном вылезает ошибка "camera/microphone is busy and can't be used" . В других аналогичных сервисах видеоконференцсвязи камера и микрофон работают, также проверял их в различных онлайн тестах, в том же браузере, гугл хром.
Также проверял на предыдущих версия Google Chrome (версия 80 и 75), аналогичная проблема.
ПК находится за роутером, было предположение что не открыты какие-либо порты, но в Firefox та же камера с микрофоном работает, изображение и звук есть.
Модель камеры - logitech quickcam pro 9000, как уже поняли камера, рабочая.
Телефон Android 8.1.0 Google Chrome 80.0.3987.149
Камера с микрофоном работают.
Подскажите, в какую сторону копать?
