tapestry site

hi,

i'm sure you're aware, but the tapestry site seems to be confusing at the
moment for newcomers... here's a short list of missing things:

- link to new user/dev mailing lists (keep links to old archives)
- link to tapestry bugzilla
- a "Download" link on the navigation bar would be nice
- demo site links (the site seems to be up and running, so why not?)
