servlet spec 2.4

Hello,

There was a discussion some weeks ago about switching to servlet spec 2.4, but I don't remember what was the conclusion.
As I'm stuck at servlets 2.3 at my hosting service for a long time (Tomcat 4), please make Tapestry useable for 2.3 users, too.
