Hi Pallavi,

Its not good idea to set group-by true for all fields. 
This entity is used to generate Purchases by Organization Report from [OrderPurchaseReportOptions|https://localhost:8443/ordermgr/control/OrderPurchaseReportOptions] and its working properly.
