   3.2之前的SPI都没有指定prometheus，可以自己通过配置SPI指定实现类来开启，步骤如下：
   1、需要自己创建目录
   /META-INF/dubbo
   2、在上面的目录新建文件夹org.apache.dubbo.common.metrics.MetricsReporterFactory
   3、文件中添加如下内容：
   prometheus=org.apache.dubbo.metrics.prometheus.PrometheusMetricsReporterFactory
