* Add an argument to webapp.py which can be assigned in the helm chart values file
 * Enrich, override the local default configuration with the argument
 * Handlers forward relevant section of configuration to data access objects to override default values.
 * Delay instanciation of the nexus tile object after the configuration is updated (creation of a _get___tile__services method instead of instantiating the nexus_tile object in the handler contructor)
