[jira] [Created] (CLK-806) Official Maven Archetypes and Catalog

Werner Fischer created CLK-806:
----------------------------------

Summary: Official Maven Archetypes and Catalog
                 Key: CLK-806
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLK-806
             Project: Click
          Issue Type: New Feature
            Reporter: Werner Fischer

Would be of huge help if Click would have official maven archetypes like many other projects do.

Manually editing the long syntax is not helping, but using a catalog like:

> > mvn archetype:generate -DarchetypeCatalog=http://click.apache.org

would be easy.
Having official archetypes would help Eclipse and the others at project creation.
