   For dedicated compaction or non-cdc writing job in streaming mode, restarting the job is required to detect schema changes. I suggest not using streaming dedicated compaction for cdc job which may produce schema changes, you can set 'write-only' = 'false' to do compact along with writing or using batch dedicated compaction.
