We ran into an issue with the encryption failing to decrypt on startup on a cluster which had been running without issue for several months.  Since encrypt-config.sh can't forcibly re-encrypt a flow when values can't be decrypted first, we were able to recover by exporting the entire canvas as a template, then restoring it to an empty canvas.

Unfortunately, templates don't currently store any of the Registry information associated with any of the process groups, so everything was restored in a detached state.  Ideally, templates would also store the Registry information, so that the linkages would be retained.
