No reason phrase set for status code 404
Summary: No reason phrase set for status code 404
Product: Tomcat 5
Version: 5.0.12
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: Normal
Priority: Other
Component: Servlet & JSP API
AssignedTo: tomcat-dev@jakarta.apache.org
ReportedBy: michal-apache@krause.cz
When I call sendError(HttpServletResponse.SC_NOT_FOUND) method of
HttpServletResponse, no reason phrase (see
http://www.w3.org/Protocols/rfc2616/rfc2616-sec6.html#sec6.1) is set in
response. It seems there is no such problem with other result codes (301, 302
and 200 tested).
