HDGF documentation missing

The POI HDGF page <http://poi.apache.org/hdgf/index.html> references
<http://www.gnome.ru/projects/vsdump_en.html> to contain a documentation
of the Vision file structure. However, that link points into the void.

Where can I find the documentation? Is it possible to include it in the
POI repository?

It seems that site is no more :(

The internet archive seems to have a copy:

Alas not - all the documentation in POI needs to be Apache Licensed, just 
like the source code. vsdump is GPL (except for one file that's dual 
licensed), so we can't include their docs :/
