yes, just kafka will trailing end 0, and i am sure the record coming to the sink is container end 0 when i debug in FlinkKafkaProducer.java: !kafka.png!
u can try it by connector print or file like this:
{code:java}
create table tmp_table(stime timestamp) with ('connector'='print');
insert into tmp_table select * from (values(timestamp '2022-04-02 03:34:21.260'));
