can't check out proxy.

hi guys,

  am i trying to check proxy out from the right repository?

cvs -d :pserver:anoncvs@cvs.apche.org:/home/cvspublic co httpd-proxy
cvs [checkout aborted]: connect to cvs.apche.org:2401 failed: Operation
timed out
