Thanks Rob, this is in SVN rev 671427.

I did make some changes to the id values to better match the names of the ftl files they are in (to make them easier to remember, etc).

I'm thinking that this is a case where some redundancy is necessary, but at least we can avoid some of the inconsistency that often accompanies redundancy.
