[jira] [Resolved] (JSIEVE-114) Merge into a single module
[ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JSIEVE-114?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:all-tabpanel ]
David Leangen resolved JSIEVE-114.
----------------------------------
Resolution: Abandoned
I don't expect to have time to follow up, and since this is a relatively stable library, there is probably no real need to spend time refactoring.
Sorry for creating noise.

> Key: JSIEVE-114

> Issue Type: Improvement
> Components: JSieve (Main)
> Reporter: David Leangen
> Priority: Major
>
> To simplify the use of this library for its consumers, it would be preferable to have only a single deployed jar.
> Also, ideally there should be **no** external transient dependencies.
> Steps to take:
> # Move what is relevant in utils to core
> # Rename “jsieve-core” to just “jsieve”
> # Rename “jsieve-util” to “jsieve-examples”
> The examples module could still exist for those who may be interested, but should no longer be deployed as part of the library.
