We are using POI's XSSFWorkbook for writing tabular data to XLSX. However, this Workbook implementation is not optimized for writing large files, as the entire XML model is held in memory.

It is recommended to use POI's SXSSFWorkbook instead, which is optimized for writing streams of data and hence uses less memory.
