Planning to T&R 0.9.x

With an eye to tagging httpd 2.0.x Sunday night late, working backwards
three days for voting here, I'm planning to T&R Thursday night, late.

If there are things you would love to see backported, please get them
done now.  A few things yet to mop up of course, but mostly cosmetic.
Things look much better on the testing/regressions front.
