For the past 11 days or so, the script that creates the mirror age list has failed to contact the US backup site from the US.

http://www.us.apache.org/mirrors/index.html#Backup
with
http://www.eu.apache.org/mirrors/index.html#Backup

The US version says that it hangs when trying to contact rsync.us.apache.org::apache-dist  and www.us.apache.org
