Log:
Improve the help text for 'svn propget' and 'proplist' to describe the
'--verbose', '--quiet' and '--strict' options clearly.
* subversion/svn/main.c
(svn_cl__cmd_table): For 'propget' and 'proplist', update the help text
and add command-specific text for the 'v', 'q' and 'strict' options.
