This issue is marked as "stale" due to inactivity for 5 years or longer. If no further activity is detected on this issue, it is scheduled be closed as 'unresolved' in 3 months time from now (Dec 2016).

> The DocumentAnalyzer deletes files located in the output directory.  It tries to display a warning message if the output dir. contains files that don't match the input files.  However, perhaps it should not delete files at all - only overwrite same named files?  Another possibility is to only delete .xmi files -- this would allow a new run of DocumentAnalyzer with a different input dir. to overwrite the results of previous runs.
