[I] Make gocqlx part of the package [cassandra-gocql-driver]
dkropachev opened a new issue, #1905:

At some point there was https://github.com/gocql/gocqlx - a query builder for https://github.com/gocql/gocql.
After migration to https://github.com/apache/cassandra-gocql-driver it is gone.
When it was gone people switched to scylladb fork of it: https://github.com/scylladb/gocqlx
But since https://github.com/scylladb/gocqlx is designed to be used only with their driver https://github.com/scylladb/gocql it can't be used with https://github.com/apache/cassandra-gocql-driver.
I observed some unsatisfied interest in having gocqlx for https://github.com/apache/cassandra-gocql-driver:

https://github.com/scylladb/gocqlx/issues/334
Could you please take a look to onboard gocqlx either as separate repo, or as part of https://github.com/apache/cassandra-gocql-driver.

It seems that [cassandra-gocql-driver](https://github.com/apache/cassandra-gocql-driver) need own `gocqlx` library / package with +- same API
