wrapper indent
Hi, I am using a wrapper within a block and want to indent the text within the wrapper. I tried text-indent and start-indent and neither worked. Also I tried this with fo:inline too.

Both start-indent and text-indent are applicable only to block level
formatting objects.

Pure xsl-fo solution is to use fo:inline with space-start property, but
unfortunately it's not implemented yet. As workaround you can use space leader:
foo <fo:leader leader-length="10mm"/> bar
