> The word "to" is often tagged as an EntityMention by the dictionary lookup.  There is an entry in the UMLS, however, certain parts of speech should be filtered by the lookup_desc.xml file.  This includes the tag TO, but in fact many are tagged IN (not sure if there is a TO tag or how it is used). This can be fixed by adding IN to the list of excluded tags.
