[m2] Broken link on the website. plugin-configuration.html

On page http://maven.apache.org/maven2/plugin-overview.html

The links for Configuring Plugins (http://maven.apache.org/maven2/ 
plugin-configuration.html) and Managing Plugins in Large Environments  
are broken.

The first one in particular would be nice, since I'm having trouble  
with some basics, and the existing docs are still a little rough.

I could not find any references to a plugin-configuration.html file in the
Subversion repository so I don't think that link (in it's current form has
been valid). However, I did find a section named the same in [1], a bit
down the page. Can you check and see if it's the same section and if so
I'll update the link.

I could not find any references to a "Managing Plugins in Large
Environments" document, so I'm not sure if that existed either.

If you have any special gripes about the documentation please let us know
and we can add some more content about specific issues.
