Confluence problems

Folks,

we have some problems with the confluence wiki. Changes are apparently being applied, a notification 
mail with the correctly changed content is being sent, but in fact the changes aren't made. So 
please make double sure that your changes have been correctly applied to the content and don't rely 
on the notification mails.

I'm looking into the problem together with infra.
