Added a JAXBUnmarshalOptions context property class.  See http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/incubator/wink/trunk/wink-server/src/test/java/org/apache/wink/server/internal/providers/entity/JAXBUnmarshalOptionsTest.java?view=markup&pathrev=935346 for a test that exercises this function.
