How to analyse Performance of an application using Jmeter

Hi,

I'm using JMeter for Load test. I'm running the script for 25 users. I have few questions.

 1.  How can I analyze the time taken for each transaction?
 2.  After 25 users login, what is response time?
 3.  How can I analyze the performance in aggregate report?
