Working Copy repair

I've got a fouled up working copy, and "svn cleanup" doesn't seem to solve the
problem. Below you'll find the 'proof'. I've worked around it, but I'm
curious how I should have fixed it? Ideas on how to fix this?

[dcorbin@bass ~/eclipse/projectFoo] svn status
  L .
A websrc
A websrc/index.html
~ web
[dcorbin@bass ~/eclipse/projectFoo] svn cleanup
svn: In directory '.'
svn: Error processing command 'committed' in '.'
svn: Log command for directory 'web' is mislocated
[dcorbin@bass ~/eclipse/projectFoo] svn status
  L .
A websrc
A websrc/index.html
~ web
