BPEL 2.0 namespace

I'm trying to use a BPEL process,
and i use the latest xsd to validate the file.
Unfortunately, it seems that the namespace
   http://docs.oasis-open.org/wsbpel/2.0/process/executable
is not supported.
Is there any plan to upgrade to the public draft ?
